Lisa Roulette — Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the website, products, programs, digital resources, coaching, mentorship, and community services offered by Lisa Roulette, including those offered under the Conscious Creators™ brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

“You” means the person using or purchasing these services.

Please read these Terms before purchasing or enrolling. By affirmatively accepting these Terms at checkout, enrollment, or another clearly identified acceptance step, you agree to them.

Website use is subject to these Terms to the extent an enforceable agreement is formed under applicable law. Simply viewing public social media content does not, by itself, create a contract with us; applicable intellectual property laws still apply.

Offer-specific terms clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase supplement these Terms. If they conflict, the specific terms govern that offer, subject to mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

1. Nature of Services & Educational Disclaimer

Our products and services provide education, coaching, self-reflection, and personal development. They are not healthcare, psychotherapy, professional counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.

Lisa Roulette is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, or other healthcare provider. Participation does not establish a therapist–patient, doctor–patient, attorney–client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

References to healing, trauma, subconscious patterns, psychology, energy, psyche, manifestation, consciousness, and timelines describe our educational or spiritual framework. They are not representations that we diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions, or that spiritual concepts are established scientific or clinical facts.

Our materials do not replace individualized medical, mental health, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Consult appropriately licensed professionals for those needs.

Do not discontinue treatment, change medication, or delay seeking professional care because of our content.

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for your circumstances and for seeking professional support when needed.

Our services and communication channels are not crisis services and are not continuously monitored. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide or mental health crisis support.

2. Results, Testimonials & Personal Decisions

We do not promise or guarantee a particular emotional, physical, spiritual, relationship, career, business, or financial outcome, income level, or manifestation result.

Experiences vary with individual circumstances, participation, resources, and other factors.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. This does not excuse us from obligations imposed by law or responsibility for our own conduct.

Testimonials describe individual experiences. They do not promise that you will have the same experience and may not represent typical outcomes.

Examples, hypothetical scenarios, and educational discussions are not guarantees or individualized recommendations.

Any material relationship or incentive connected to an endorsement will be disclosed where legally required. This section does not replace disclosures or substantiation required alongside marketing claims or testimonials.

3. Purchases, Payments & 24-Hour Refund Policy

Purchase Terms

The price, currency, included services, access terms, and any payment schedule will be disclosed before purchase. You authorize the charges you expressly approve.

Applicable taxes and fees, if any, will be identified as required by law.

A payment plan divides an agreed purchase price into installments. It is not a cancel-anytime subscription unless expressly described that way.

Any recurring subscription requires separate, clear disclosure and authorization, including cancellation terms. A one-time lifetime purchase does not authorize recurring membership charges.

Third-party financing is subject to the financing provider’s separate terms. Contact us about refunds or service issues and the provider about its account or financing terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

24-Hour Refund Window

Unless a different policy is clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase, you may request a refund within 24 hours after the original purchase transaction is successfully completed, as shown on your purchase confirmation.

For a payment plan, this window begins with the initial purchase, not each later installment.

Email lisa@lisaroulette.com within that window. Include your name, purchase email, and order number or other information sufficient to locate the transaction.

Your timely request is what matters; our response may occur after the window. We will not deny a timely request solely because an order number is missing if we can reasonably verify the purchase.

For an eligible refund, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method where available and cancel any remaining installments administered by us for that purchase.

Refund posting time depends on the payment provider. For third-party financing, we will communicate the refund to the provider; account adjustments follow its procedures and applicable law.

Refunded purchases end access to the associated paid materials, bonuses, community, and services. You must stop using and delete retained copies of those paid materials, except records you may lawfully retain.

After the 24-hour window, purchases are generally final. We do not offer discretionary refunds based solely on nonparticipation, noncompletion, a change of mind, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with results.

Exceptions Required by Law

This policy does not limit statutory cancellation rights, rights relating to defective or undelivered services, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, remedies for misrepresentation, or any other nonwaivable rights.

Where applicable law requires a longer period, specific consent to immediate digital delivery, or another remedy, that law controls.

A purchase alone is not a waiver of those rights.

4. Eligibility, Accounts, Access & Lifetime Purchases

Eligibility & Account Security

Purchasers and participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement.

Provide accurate account and contact information, maintain account security, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Accounts and purchased access are for the authorized individual and may not be shared or transferred without written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible equipment and internet access. Contact us promptly if access fails so we can investigate.

Platform difficulties do not remove rights concerning delivery of purchased services.

What Your Purchase Includes

Your purchase includes the materials and services described in the offer accepted at checkout.

Separate products, future programs, certifications, individual coaching, and future events are not included unless expressly promised.

Lifetime Access

Where an offer expressly includes lifetime access to the Conscious Creators System™ and community, that means ongoing access for the original purchaser’s lifetime, without recurring membership fees, subject to these Terms and any lawful termination for material breach.

It does not mean a short, undisclosed period chosen at our discretion.

Lifetime access to digital educational materials and lifetime community membership are distinct from any specified live coaching or mentorship commitments.

We will honor live services expressly included in the accepted offer. Unless specifically promised, lifetime access does not require Lisa Roulette to personally provide live coaching indefinitely or guarantee a particular future schedule, platform, community size, or format.

We may update materials and migrate platforms while reasonably preserving purchased access and the essential benefits promised.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of material platform or service changes, except where urgent circumstances prevent notice.

If permanent discontinuation becomes necessary, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable and address outstanding contractual obligations and applicable consumer remedies.

Where legally and technically feasible, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to download purchased core digital materials or obtain equivalent continuing access.

Downloadable materials are not a substitute for any live or community service we remain obligated to provide.

This section does not give us an unrestricted right to extinguish a lifetime promise without an appropriate remedy.

5. Community Standards & Mentorship Boundaries

Treat participants, staff, and Lisa Roulette respectfully.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment or sexual harassment.
• Unwelcome romantic or sexual advances.
• Threats, intimidation, or abusive conduct.
• Hateful or discriminatory abuse.
• Publishing someone’s private identifying information without authorization.
• Impersonation or illegal activity.
• Deliberate disruption of sessions or community spaces.
• Spam or unauthorized solicitation.
• Misuse of access or communication channels.

Direct coaching or mentorship access exists only where included in your purchase.

It does not provide unlimited availability, emergency assistance, personal access outside designated channels, or an entitlement to a personal or romantic relationship.

We may establish reasonable communication hours, response expectations, and participation guidelines consistent with purchased services.

Scheduling and cancellation conditions for individual sessions must be disclosed before booking. These Terms do not create an undisclosed cancellation penalty or forfeiture rule.

We may remove prohibited content or restrict participation proportionately.

Serious threats, harassment, unlawful conduct, or immediate safety concerns may justify immediate suspension or removal.

Where reasonably appropriate, we will notify you of the reason and offer an opportunity to respond or correct the issue.

Material or repeated violations may result in termination of affected access. Termination for substantiated material misconduct generally does not qualify for a discretionary refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.

Honest criticism, lawful reviews, or good-faith complaints are not misconduct and will not be grounds for retaliation.

6. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Permitted Use

Protected Content & Ownership

Original content owned by Lisa Roulette, and content licensed to us, is protected to the extent provided by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Ownership remains with its respective owner. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership.

These protections apply across all media and channels, including:

• The Lisa Roulette website and affiliated websites.
• The Conscious Creators™ community, classrooms, courses, and membership areas.
• Digital products, programs, coaching, mentorship, and educational resources.
• Social media posts, videos, and livestreams, including content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Webinars, recordings, podcasts, and presentations.
• Articles, newsletters, emails, and Substack publications.
• Original graphics, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, worksheets, exercises, and downloadable resources.

Protected works include original expression and protectable creative arrangements embodied in the Conscious Creators System™, The Threefold Path™, Sovereign Self Integration™, Consciousness Creates™, and other materials created or owned by Lisa Roulette.

Qualifying names, logos, and brand identifiers may have trademark protection. The ™ symbol does not represent federal trademark registration.

We do not claim exclusive copyright ownership of ideas, facts, concepts, methods, systems, public-domain material, or other elements that copyright law does not protect.

We do not claim ownership of independently created participant or third-party content.

Personal-Use License

Subject to your purchase terms and compliance with this agreement, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access authorized materials for your own personal, noncommercial educational use.

You may download or print materials where we provide that functionality for this purpose.

Termination of this license is subject to the breach and termination provisions, applicable law, and purchased access rights.

Unless we give written permission or applicable law permits the use, you may not:

• Copy, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected content.
• Upload paid or private content to public websites, file-sharing services, other communities, or external artificial intelligence tools accessible to unauthorized parties.
• Share accounts, credentials, downloads, or paid recordings with unauthorized individuals.
• Record or redistribute private coaching sessions, mentorship calls, or community discussions without the necessary permissions.
• Incorporate protected expression, recordings, diagrams, or materials into courses, coaching programs, workshops, publications, training datasets, or commercial products.
• Remove ownership notices or present materials created by Lisa Roulette as your own.
• Use our branding to imply endorsement, affiliation, certification, or authority to teach on our behalf.

Buying or completing a program does not grant a teaching license, certification, or permission to market yourself as a Conscious Creators™ practitioner or representative.

Public Content & Lawful Exceptions

Public availability does not relinquish applicable intellectual property rights.

Sharing links and using authorized native platform sharing features is permitted within applicable platform terms and law.

Fair use, lawful quotation, accessibility rights, and other legal exceptions remain available.

Public social media content is also subject to its platform’s applicable terms.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected infringement, request removal, use platform reporting procedures, restrict access for substantiated material breach, and seek available legal remedies.

We will not use intellectual property restrictions to prohibit lawful reviews or legally protected expression.

7. Voluntary Participation & Acknowledgment of Risk

Personal development exercises can bring up uncomfortable emotions or memories.

You may decline an exercise, pause participation, or seek qualified professional support.

No participant is required to disclose personal trauma or private information to receive purchased educational access.

Use your judgment about whether an activity is suitable for you, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

You acknowledge ordinary, reasonably foreseeable risks of voluntary self-reflection and group participation.

This is not a blanket waiver of claims, a release of unlawful conduct, or a disclaimer of duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Service Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, educational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation.

This does not cancel express promises in your accepted offer or warranties and remedies that applicable law requires.

To the extent permitted by law, Lisa Roulette and personnel acting on her behalf are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from these services or Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, their aggregate liability for claims arising from an affected purchase will not exceed the total amount you paid for that purchase.

For claims relating solely to free website content, aggregate liability will not exceed $100, to the extent that limit is lawful.

Exceptions

These exclusions and limits do not apply to:

• Fraud.
• Intentional misconduct.
• Gross negligence.
• Liability for death or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be limited.
• Any liability or remedy that applicable law prohibits limiting.

They do not reduce refunds expressly due under these Terms or mandatory consumer remedies.

If a limitation is unlawful in your jurisdiction, it applies only to the lawful extent.

9. Limited Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Lisa Roulette and personnel acting on her behalf against third-party claims and reasonable associated costs arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights through content you submit, or deliberate or materially wrongful misuse of our services in breach of these Terms.

This obligation applies only to the extent the claim is attributable to your conduct.

It does not cover claims caused by our own negligence or misconduct, ordinary lawful participation, honest reviews, lawful payment disputes, or your assertion of consumer rights.

We will promptly notify you of a covered claim and reasonably cooperate in its defense.

You may not agree to a settlement imposing an admission, payment, or other obligation on us without our written consent.

Recoverable costs remain subject to applicable law and any required judicial determination.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Maryland law governs these Terms, except where mandatory laws of your jurisdiction apply.

Subject to nonwaivable venue and jurisdiction rights, disputes may be brought in a Maryland state court with jurisdiction or the United States District Court for the District of Maryland where federal jurisdiction exists.

We encourage you to email lisa@lisaroulette.com so we can attempt to resolve a concern.

Contacting us first is not a condition of asserting statutory rights or meeting a legal or payment-dispute deadline.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a jury trial, prohibit a class action, restrict lawful complaints to regulators, or prevent an eligible small-claims action.

Either party may seek available relief for infringement or other unlawful conduct, subject to ordinary legal requirements.

11. Changes to These Terms

We will identify updated Terms by their effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes through appropriate channels, such as email or an account notice.

Changes will apply prospectively.

We will not retroactively shorten an accepted refund period, remove purchased lifetime rights, add charges, or materially diminish an existing purchase through a website update alone.

Material changes requiring consent will be presented for affirmative acceptance.

Continued use constitutes acceptance only where sufficient notice and a valid acceptance mechanism make that effective under applicable law.

If a change cannot govern an existing purchase without agreement, the previously accepted terms continue to govern that purchase unless law requires otherwise.

12. Billing Errors, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect, unauthorized, duplicated, or relates to undelivered services.

We will review the issue in good faith.

You retain all lawful rights to dispute a payment with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financing provider.

The 24-hour discretionary refund window does not determine whether a payment dispute is legitimate. A dispute, by itself, is not fraud or a breach of these Terms.

We may respond to disputes with accurate transaction records, delivery or access records, correspondence, and the terms accepted at purchase, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

We will correct confirmed billing errors and honor required remedies.

Where a payment is reversed or access is compromised, we may temporarily suspend the affected paid access while the matter is resolved, to the extent lawful and reasonably necessary.

We will not suspend unrelated fully paid services merely to punish a good-faith dispute.

Access will be restored as appropriate when payment and entitlement are resolved.

Deliberately false representations or fraudulent attempts to retain paid services without payment may give rise to available remedies.

We do not impose automatic dispute penalties or administrative fees.

Any collection costs or legal fees must be independently authorized by applicable law or a valid agreement and, where necessary, awarded by a court.

We will not collect the same debt twice.

13. Confidentiality, Participant Content & Recordings

Community Confidentiality

Do not disclose other participants’ private stories, identifying information, private messages, or nonpublic discussions outside the authorized program environment without their permission.

Do not screenshot, record, or distribute private sessions or discussions without the necessary permissions.

This does not prevent you from:

• Discussing your own experience.
• Obtaining confidential professional advice.
• Reporting suspected unlawful conduct.
• Complying with legal process.
• Exercising protected legal rights.

When possible, omit other participants’ identifying details.

Community participation does not create clinical confidentiality protections. We cannot guarantee that other participants will keep information confidential.

Share thoughtfully. Avoid posting highly sensitive information, financial account details, or information about others without permission.

Participant Content

You retain ownership of your original submissions.

You grant us a nonexclusive license to host, display, and technically reproduce content you voluntarily submit within the relevant service, only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, and support that service.

This is not a transfer of ownership or a general marketing license.

You must have the necessary rights to submit your content.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. Deletion and retention are subject to legitimate operational, backup, and legal requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

We will obtain separate permission before using your private story, name, likeness, or submission in public marketing or a testimonial, except where another lawful basis clearly applies.

Buying a program or posting in the community is not blanket permission for advertising use.

Session Recordings

If we intend to record a session, we will give advance notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

Where appropriate, participants may keep cameras or microphones off or use another available participation method.

We will explain the intended recording audience.

Private one-to-one sessions will not be made available to other participants without separate permission.

Participant recording, automated transcription, or attendance by an artificial intelligence meeting assistant requires advance written approval and any consent required from those being recorded.

Marketing use of session recordings requires separate appropriate permission.

Personal Information

Our separate Privacy Policy describes personal-information practices, including applicable cookies and tracking.

These Terms do not substitute for that policy or for any legally required recording, marketing, or tracking consent.

14. Honest Reviews & Protected Communications

You may share honest opinions and truthful experiences, including negative reviews.

We do not require positive reviews, prohibit lawful criticism, demand ownership of reviews, or impose penalties for protected consumer feedback.

This does not authorize unlawful threats, harassment, disclosure of another person’s legally protected private information, infringement, or defamatory statements actionable under applicable law.

Disagreement or dissatisfaction alone does not make a statement unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms restricts good-faith complaints to regulators, law enforcement, payment providers, or legal advisers, or lawful participation in investigations or proceedings.

15. General Terms & Contact Information

These Terms and offer-specific terms accepted before purchase form the agreement concerning the relevant services.

They do not override mandatory law or excuse misleading advertising, concealment, or misrepresentation.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply to the extent lawful.

A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.

Provisions intended to survive termination—including ownership, lawful confidentiality obligations, payment obligations properly due, and enforceable liability and dispute provisions—survive to the extent applicable.

We may use third-party platforms and providers to deliver services.

Their separately applicable terms govern your dealings with them, but their involvement does not remove our own obligations to you.

Any assignment of our obligations must preserve your purchased rights and comply with applicable law.
